The struggles that our teenagers are facing today is unlike any other time in our society. The COVID-19 Pandemic has challenged how they socialize, participate in school, cope through daily stress and handle fear. They are not alone in this fight. We offer: a 5th-8th grade in person group, an in-person group for high school age teens, a Telehealth group for high schoolers who feel more comfortable at home, and an LGBTQ in-person group. Military/First Responder Spouses Group
Serving our heroes is an honor and a challenge. Throughout the journey there are highs and lows, but strength amongst these spouses will remain, even when strength is hard to acknowledge. The Spouse's Group is held in a supportive environment and addresses stress reduction, coping skills and celebration amongst other relatable spouses. Together, the group will experience empowerment as they mend the ones who feel broken and encourage one another to sustain. You are alone.
