Therapy can be a decisive step toward greater contentment and joy in life but often we are in the greatest emotional pain when we decide to go. I offer a welcoming space for you to discuss the challenges in your life and my goal is to support your well-being and healing.
I treat depression, anxiety, trauma, couple and family conflict utilizing research-based approaches. I offer EMDR therapy for trauma and other painful life events. A former teacher, I enjoy helping kids and families navigate school supports and enjoy working with gifted teens and adults. I also enjoy working with veterans and first responders.
