We all go through challenging seasons in life and reaching out for support is a courageous step. I specialize in working with children (ages 2 to 9) and adults. I also provide parent coaching. In child therapy, I provide a nurturing space where children can express themselves through play, learn to navigate big emotions, and develop healthier ways of responding to challenges. I work collaboratively with parents, offering practical guidance and tools to support your child’s growth. I also seek to create a comfortable place for adults who want to reduce anxiety, work through trauma, manage stress, and experience hope and healing.
I provide a compassionate space where you can share at your own pace and feel heard. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, post-traumatic stress, and life stressors. My approach utilizes Brainspotting (similar to EMDR), sandtray therapy, and CBT and together we can work to deepen self-awareness, ease worry, and support emotional healing.
I have extensive training and experience in child therapy, including play therapy and sand tray therapy. These experiential approaches help children explore challenges, promote greater self-control and support a greater sense of safety, competence, and confidence. I strongly believe collaboration with parents is important to strengthen positive outcomes.
