Hi there, I'm Heidi! I’m a licensed clinical social worker. I provide evening and weekend telehealth sessions for adults and seniors who are navigating life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and health-related stress. My approach is compassionate, practical, and centered on your goals.
