I work with individuals to increase self-acceptance and self-awareness, build empathy, and improve the quality of their relationships. My hope is to support your journey to express, explore, and discover who you are and who you want to be.

I work with adolescents and adults, virtually and in person in Alexandria, VA. I specialize in grief and loss, including infertility and divorce, trauma, depression and loneliness, relationship and family issues. I work from a holistic, person-centered approach with emphasis on family of origin, personal beliefs, mind-body connection, and attachment styles.

Seeking help and support is brave. I spent years in the client seat of a therapy office after experiencing several personal crises, so I understand the vulnerability it takes to change one’s life.
