Life is complicated and sometimes a challenge to manage. Through therapy, I help clients learn how to identify, accept, and cope with life challenges that come their way and assist with helping them develop the skills needed to live their best life. My experience includes helping clients work through issues related to stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance use, self-esteem, disordered eating, self-injury, and relationships, along with providing guidance for educational and vocational pursuits. With therapy, clients can learn how to identify their goals and create the life they want.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 16 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, families, and the elderly in residential, correctional, out-patient, and community-based settings. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to build insight and develop the skills needed to cope with and manage a variety of challenges.
