I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to challenge negative thoughts, helping you adopt healthier, more accurate thought patterns that serve you better. With Dialectical Behavior Therapy we improve emotional stability, distress tolerance, and decrease unwanted behaviors. Mindfulness to help you grow in resilience, self-compassion, and to live with less anxiety.
I have worked with diverse populations including Adolescents, women in the perinatal/postpartum period, and clients experiencing trauma, domestic abuse, and grief/loss.
