My therapeutic approach is relational, trauma-informed, and attachment-based. This means that I focus on how your inner world has been shaped by early experiences, as well as how that impacts your present relationships and broader life experience.
I will provide a safe place to share your story. Along the way you can expect me to be empathic, relational and authentic because I firmly believe that who you are matters, and, who you are becoming matters.
