Grief is a deep sorrow we experience after we are faced with losses in our lives. These losses can be because of someone we knew and loved, or a life transition. These losses can be expected, such as a loved one dying from an illness, or sudden, such as someone dying by suicide. Regardless of the reasons for the grief, everybody grieves differently.
