I utilize EMDR, IFS, and CBT, working with children, teens, adults, and couples. I am passionate about helping clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, ADHD, post-abortion healing, helping children adjust after divorce, boundaries, perinatal loss, and relationship challenges.
Counseling with me is a collaborative and compassionate process where you lead the way. I see each person as a unique individual with an inner world worthy of being understood, seen, and nurtured.
