I provide counseling for individuals and couples. My focus is on rebuilding trust, improving communication, reigniting love, healing childhood trauma, anxiety, and depression. My therapeutic approach combines evidence-based techniques such as Attachment-based therapy, Gestalt techniques, Imago therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
