About
New Referrals to start services in Mid-December. New Growth Begins...Let's Start the Conversation. Over twenty years of experience as licensed clinician working alongside children, young adults, and adults who have presented with a variety of mental health needs, adjustment concerns or life issues. I work with all ages and developmental stages of life. I do have specialty training providing play therapy along with seeing young adults and adults. I provide Clinical Supervision at the post graduate level for those practitioners working as Associates toward licensure.
Psychotherapy through lens of Attachment/Relational/Interpersonal theories. Extensive training in Interpersonal Neurobiology, Object Relations, Trauma, Attachment interventions have created a very integrated appraoch moving alongside needs and clinical presentations. I utilize several modalities including play, art, and sand in child led therapies.
As we all know, these have been a challenging few years. People are tired, worn thin, experiencing additional stress and general angst.
