Twenty-five years of licensed experience as a psychotherapist working alongside children, young adults, mature adults presenting with a variety of mental health needs, adjustment concerns, transitions or life issues. Thirty years overall as mental health therapist working with all developmental stages, including major life changes such as preteen, adolescence, or 'adulting', 'emptying nesting,' mid-life changes, marital ruptures, family transitions, to name a few. Clinical Supervision at post graduate level for those practitioners working as Associates toward licensure provided.
Psychotherapy through lens of Attachment/Relational theories. Extensive training in Interpersonal Neurobiology, Object Relations, Trauma, Attachment, Dynamic therapies resulting in integrated approach moving alongside clinical needs and presentations. Utilization of several modalities, including play, art, dream, and sand play in child led therapies.
