Hi, I am Heidi Alt. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy for those who carry emotional weight quietly while appearing calm on the outside, often navigating cultural transitions, intergenerational trauma, blended family dynamics, and complex emotional challenges. Many clients balance cultural expectations, relationship strain, parenting stress, or past experiences that are hard to express. As a Vietnamese American woman of faith, I bring personal insight and cultural understanding, and my training in psychology, pharmacy, anthropology, and hospitality allows me to approach healing from a multidisciplinary perspective.

I provide an integrative, whole-person approach that recognizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, culture, and spirit, helping clients feel acknowledged, valued, and empowered.
