Hi! My name is Heidi Bellile. I am a licensed professional clinical counselor. I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. I love the arts and encourage people to utilize expressive means like writing, art, music, movement, or creating things to work through their feelings.
We do therapeutic activities in therapy. These may revolve around building self esteem, managing anger, improving mood, reducing stress, and improving relationships. I frequently introduce a coping skill at the end of a session.
