In my practice, I support individuals in exploring their past in order to gain insight into how it impacts their present, empowering them to move forward with greater clarity and strength.
I also recognize the profound role that faith can play in the healing process. For clients who desire it, I incorporate a faith-based approach, grounded in the belief that God is the source of both healing and hope.
I am an EMDR Certified Therapist; EMDR is a therapy model focused on resolution of trauma. I am Compassion Fatigue Certified as well.
