About
HAVE YOU BEEN TRYING to dig at and remove painful feelings or situations in your life but find they just keep resurfacing? You might feel better for awhile but they really haven't gone away. And besides that... you're tired of trying?
There is hope! ...And your most valuable resource is you!
Let's explore what matters to you and get at the TRUE ROOT of the problem. There is always a cause for the symptoms you are feeling and I'd love to help you find lasting relief.
I work with individual adults and adolescents who want to understand themselves better and/or may be struggling with difficulties such as trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive thinking, image problems, low self worth, relationships, spiritual issues, psychosis, attention deficit, DID, or other issues.
Heide formerly worked for Meier New Life Clinics in Fairfax, VA (incl. running their inpatient program).
