Hi and welcome! My name is Heeyoung. First of all, congratulations on taking the initiative to care for your mental health. I take a collaborative and compassionate approach, walking alongside you to uncover what’s keeping you stuck and to find tools to help you get closer to your goals As a relational therapist, I focus on my clients’ attachment patterns and support them in healing the wounded child selves that may be hindering their ability to show up as wise adults. Using a systemic lens, we will explore how relationships with loved ones have shaped your inner worlds — from your thoughts and emotions to core beliefs.
I specialize in couple’s and sex therapy, where I help clients navigate infidelity, loss of connection and trust, differences in sexual desire, and the process of reconnecting with their sexual and sensual selves. I also enjoy supporting individuals and families and working on common concerns such as anxiety, depression, body image, self-identity and more.
Over a decade ago, I personally experienced the healing power of talk therapy that can literally save lives and give hope to the hopeless. I hope to do the same for you.
