In a non-judgmental space, I offer to help make sense of those anxieties, emotions, and difficult relationships that weigh on your day-to-day. My approach to each client begins with diligent listening to their story to meet the person where they're at and create a therapeutic plan tailored to their needs.
My approach to psychotherapy is founded on humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, and insight-oriented principles. I am also trained to provide EMDR therapy.
