My primary areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, youth behavior, life transitions, relationships, family dynamics, grief, and trauma. My passion is helping children, adolescents, and young adults lead happier, more enjoyable lives, and enabling their families to experience harmony and joy in their homes. As a Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults who are experiencing difficulties managing their emotions and navigating relationships and life's challenges. I also provide support for parents and caregivers during their parenting journey.

We offer creative therapy for creative people because sometimes words are not enough. We primarily use verbal psychotherapy practices to treat our clients, and depending on your needs we may take a more active role and offer, music, visual art, poetry, movement, drama, or EMDR to help you move those sticky feelings. Our goal is to help you create a sense of flow in your life. Therapy like our art, can help us gain insight, reduce anxiety, worry, fear and help us increase our consciousness and connection to our innermost self. No experience in the arts is necessary.

I am a New York licensed creative arts therapist and a board-certified dance/movement therapist with over 15 years experience, working in a variety of clinical settings, and private practice. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, loss/bereavement, trauma, and autism spectrum as well as behavioral disorders. I am also certified in integrative somatic trauma therapy, trauma informed yoga, breath work, mindfulness and meditation. I provide group, individual, and family therapy at my practice.
