I'm thrilled to have a full time office to offer clients in person sessions, as well as video or phone for those who prefer. I especially enjoy seeing couples in person as we grapple with issues of communication, fidelity, substance use, intimacy, or even whether or not to continue the relationship. Similarly, I like working with adult individual clients to work on a behavior or relationship that is keeping them stuck, or on ways to understand and manage emotions and needs to get the best out of life.

Although it takes time and effort to transform suffering into tolerable pain, in the process, there are opportunities for us to grow, strengthen and gain greater clarity as to who we are and how we'd like to move through our lives. In my work with patients, I am present with them through their dark times, help them rely on the strengths they already possess, point toward opportunities that they may not be seeing, and develop their innate gifts which might otherwise remain dormant.

I am a Psychotherapist, Dance Movement Therapist and Life Coach. The methods I employ are informed by almost 20 years experience as an educator, advisor, dance teacher, choreographer and Special Ed teacher. I specialize in working with children, teenagers, and young adults suffering with anxiety, learning disabilities, ADHD, and mild depression. I also provide individualized support to parents. Hello! I am a somatic (i.e. body-oriented) therapist who is fiercely committed to supporting people who have inherited or experienced trauma to find liberation, release, and joyous thriving. I specialize in helping people process the effects of grief and bereavement as well as the painful tensions that can arise between religion and sexuality. My focus is to support you to cultivate awareness of what is stored in your body and find ways to express and it and release what needs releasing. Our work together will allow you to live with greater dignity, ease and joy.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I work with individuals, couples, and families, adolescents and teenagers, facing a variety of challenges. I have a variety of therapy experience including facilitating traditional therapy sessions, working with children in a school setting and supporting family therapy sessions.
