I have over 20 years experience in working with children, adolescents and families with various backgrounds and socioeconomic status. My specialty and passion is in working with parents in helping them become the best parents they can be; including managing behavior problems at home and school, co-parenting, family therapy and Child-Parent dyadic Psychotherapy. I am able to provide therapy in both Hebrew and English. To accommodate the local Jewish community, I have available appointment times on Sunday, in addition to weekdays.

My life experiences introduced me to a multitude of diverse cultural learning opportunities. I have experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, grief and loss, LGBTQ affirmative, issues of entertainment industry and creative arts, aging and relationships.

What brings you to therapy? What would you like to talk about? At some point, we yearn to be heard and be understood. Life brings all kinds of challenges. Using the art of conversation, we will meet and unfold what is happening and how we can address what is happening. Our circumstances can be an amalgamation of multiple factors, external as well as internal. I am interested in getting to know you and see if we can make sense of the circumstances, feelings and challenges you are going through. Therapy sessions can also be conducted in Hebrew.

I am a licensed psychologist with 30 years of broad clinical experience including in UCLA Hospital and Cedars Sinai Medical Center. I will work with you to understand how ordinary life events as well as unusual stressors, losses and traumas can have an impact on your emotional well being. Together we work to expand on your inner strength, your self-awareness, and help you make meaningful, desired, long-lasting changes. Leor Ram, M.A., LMFT, LPCC, NCC, CGP is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 115538), a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC 7354), a National Certified Counselor, and a Certified Group Psychotherapist practicing individual, couple, group, and family psychotherapy at Integrative Psychotherapy Group. Through his intensive training at The Maple Counseling Center as well as his work at the Trevor Project, Early Childhood Development Associates, and Teen Line at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Leor has experience working with a wide range of clients in all life stages.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in mental health. Having worked in both psychiatric inpatient and intensive outpatient settings, as well as in individual, group, and family therapy modalities with adult clients, I bring an extensive set of tools and experiences to clients.
