Heavyn utilizes a person-centered approach to ensure therapy is guided by your individual needs, helping you achieve your goals. She is trained in EMDR, with advanced training in EMDR for Addictions and EMDR & C-PTSD. She is also trained in the Gottman Method for couples counseling. Additionally, Heavyn uses narrative therapy.
