I have a passion for helping women, couples, and teen girls navigate life transitions. I specialize in relationships, sexuality, body image, and disordered eating. Maybe you feel the pressure from society to "bounce back" after baby or peer groups and social media telling you you're not thin enough. Maybe life with a baby isn't going the way you dreamed or your relationship is no longer the same postpartum. From pervasive loneliness and tough breakups to marital challenges, my goal is to help you heal your relationship with food, your body, and your loved one(s).
I am a wife, twin mom, and survivor of hard things. I help my clients step into their power by using a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing. My clients are provided the skills to cope with their emotions, better their interpersonal relationships and deepen their relationship with themselves through a multitude of activities aside talk therapy.
I strive to create an authentic, nonjudgemental space for my clients to feel seen. You deserve to feel validated and worthy even in your darkest moments. You struggles are not your identity.
