I specialize in complex trauma and dissociative disorders, with a special focus on supporting other therapists who are doing their own healing work. Many of my clients are individuals or couples who have felt stuck in traditional therapy or have been told their needs are “too complex.” I also frequently support other therapists and helping professionals who are carrying their own trauma while continuing to show up for their clients. With over 30 years of experience, I bring a deep understanding of how trauma affects our relationships, nervous system, body, and our sense of self.
My approach is gentle, relational, and highly individualized. I integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, and nervous system regulation to support real, lasting healing — not just managing symptoms. I also help clients explore nutrition and lifestyle changes as a way to support their healing without relying solely on medication.
I understand how exhausting it can be to carry trauma for years and still not feel like you’re making progress.
