Hi, I'm Dr. Heather Zeng a licensed counselor for 25 years supporting individual's in their capacity to live their lives fully. I bridge specialization in life and work role stress. I have worked with a range of diverse clients in coping skills to mediate a range of challenges they face in their day to day lives and can help you too. In our first session, you can expect a structured, supportive intake where I get to know you, your history, and what’s bringing you to therapy right now.
I’ll guide you through an assessment that helps us understand your patterns, strengths, and stress points, and together we’ll create a clear blueprint for your next steps.
