Welcome! I work with teens and adults who have experienced sexual abuse or assault, have loved ones struggling with addiction or a loved one that is incarcerated. I also work with adults who may be struggling with PTSD, or other trauma related issues. I strive to create a safe and supportive space that feels authentic and comfortable for my clients.
I am EMDR trained (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) TF-CBT certified (Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy) and use other evidence-based practices like IFS skills (Internal Family Systems) , DBT skills ( Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and Motivational Interviewing techniques.
