Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or just want to better understand yourself, I’m here to help. I have a special interest in supporting clients through life transitions and anxiety—whether it’s starting school, changing careers, parenting, shifting relationships, or coping with unexpected challenges like job loss or health issues. I adapt my approach to each client, using mindfulness, values exploration, and cognitive strategies to help address unhelpful thoughts.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an attorney and family court mediator—experience that now shapes my practical, empathetic approach. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples, with specialized experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients, people facing discrimination, employees navigating workplace challenges, and military members and veterans.
My style is Person-Centered and adaptable, using tools from CBT, ACT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I'm also trained to Level 2 in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and empowered to make meaningful change.
I welcome the opportunity to work with you!
