I am a licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist currently practicing out of Illinois but also licensed in New Mexico. It is vulnerable to share one's internal world, and to be deeply seen and heard. I believe the goal of the therapy is for you to love what you see inside and to integrate tools for greater self compassion.
