I enjoy working with clients to gain insight into the challenges they face and to develop a plan to overcome them. Because everyone comes to therapy with unique issues and values, I use an individualized approach to meet your specific needs, integrating multiple research-based therapies and techniques. Providing compassion, support, and feedback, I create a safe and caring environment that promotes growth, healing, and empowerment. I enjoy helping clients discover their existing strengths, find hope for the future, and overcome difficulties to achieve their goals.
I have extensive experience providing psychotherapy to women, with specialized training in substance use disorders, ADHD, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. For children, I offer Child Centered Play Therapy, creating a safe, child led space, where we use play to process feelings, build self-esteem, and develop healthy coping skills at their own pace.
