Although not currently taking new clients, I do offer and lead numerous workgroups and retreats. Please see my website for more details. I am grateful to be a guide to individuals during difficult life challenges: depression, anxiety, loss, trauma, and relationship issues. I work collaboratively with you to understand and define your current issues and find solutions. We will explore how to build upon strengths and help develop new coping skills to manage life's challenges. I also provide couples, marriage, and relationship workshops and retreats based on Dr. Gottman and others' research and work.
My therapeutic approach incorporates several major therapeutic modalities and techniques, including EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique, CBT, DBT, and Gottman. I seek to help you discover your potential and learn skills and strategies that will help you achieve your goals by empowering you and providing conditions for personal growth.
I offer a holistic approach to mental health. My goal is to create an atmosphere where you can explore your challenges.
