My therapeutic approach incorporates several major therapeutic modalities and techniques, including EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique, CBT, DBT, and Gottman. I seek to help you discover your potential and learn skills and strategies that will help you achieve your goals by empowering you and providing conditions for personal growth.
