About
I approach counseling from an evidence based perspective utilizing therapeutic interventions such as CBT, Solution focused therapy, Psycho-education, Motivational Interviewing, ACT therapy, DBT and Mindfulness. I enjoy working with clients of all ages. I have a passion for helping others and believe that each individual has the strength to become the person they want to be, and live the life they envision for themselves. I strive to first and foremost establish a safe, non judgmental and compassionate environment for clients working with me.
My specializations include ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and Bipolar Disorder, Parenting Issues, Self Esteem issues and Trauma. I also have experience working with individuals with Substance Abuse issues, Grief and Loss and Stress.
Choosing change and growth can sometimes be overwhelming and perhaps even a little frightening. I would be honored if you decide to place trust in me and through trust, mutual respect and collaboration we can work together to identify goals and treatment options for a variety of presenting issues.
