Compassion Fatigue
This group will focus on support for first responders and healthcare workers experiencing compassion fatigue and burnout. We will meet via Zoom on Tuesdays from 12:00pm-1:15pm. If further interest arises, we can create a second group that meets on a weeknight or weekend. Compassion fatigue and burnout can cause other mental health struggles, relationship challenges, and job dissatisfaction. We will provide general support and education around these topics, activities to support self-care and boundary setting, and a place to connect with others experiencing similar emotions. Please contact us to join this group!
