I am a licensed therapist with a master’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana, specializing in trauma therapy (EMDR and CPT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT and DBT), substance abuse as well as mindfulness-based stress reduction. I work with adolescents, adults, military veterans, active-duty service members, and first responders. I support clients with a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief/trauma and substance use. My approach is person-centered therapy using evidence-based techniques that prioritize building trust, promoting self-awareness, and fostering lasting change.
I have worked for numerous years in both outpatient and inpatient mental health settings. I am passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy that addresses emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
