Clients often endure strains in interpersonal relationships which can be associated with substance use, life transitions, difficulty regulating emotions, relationships and much more. I work best with individuals who are looking to become comfortable with life’s challenges and regain their sense of self.

I have experience working with many issues including substance use, domestic violence, and families who have experienced incarceration. My person-centered approach allows me to support clients by creating individualized care. I use a combination of CBT / DBT, mindfulness, education, and building coping skills to manage trauma responses for those I treat.
