I work with teens and adults navigating identity, relationships, anxiety, and the often-unspoken pressures that come from family, culture, and society. My work is grounded in narrative and contextual therapy, which means we pay close attention to the stories that have shaped your life, the relational worlds you’ve grown up within, and the ethics and values that quietly guide how you show up for others and yourself.
Many struggles emerge when we become over-committed to a single way of telling a story. Together, we work to loosen those narratives, author alternative stories, and make sense of the contradictions that make life both difficult and deeply meaningful in equal measure.
