About
I believe in embracing creative expression, growth, and inner wisdom. As a therapist, I love to explore alternative healing techniques and strength-focused interventions. I have great deal of experience working with people who have experienced trauma or are navigating crisis, grief, and/or loss. I love facilitating groups, training, and teaching experiences to promote community and individual learning. Working with teenagers is another passion of mine. Recently, I added Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy to my list of services. Give me a call if you would like to experience healing with horses!
I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology as well as my Master of Science in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman's University.
I enjoy seeking a variety of creative experiences and adventures. I love reading, movies, travel, and exploring with my dog, Sasha. Most of all I love to connect with people. It is what spurs my love of counseling and provides motivation, energy, and overwhelming joy. I would love to meet with you and see if we might be a good fit for working together.
