At the heart of it, most kids and teens just want to feel okay; at school, with their friends, and in their own skin. And as a parent, I know you just want to see your child happy and thriving again. The young people I see are smart, sensitive, and trying their best... but maybe having trouble focusing, constantly worrying, melting down over “small” things, or withdrawing from the people around them. I can provide supportive space where they can just be real. We talk, explore, and work together to build tools that help them feel more confident, calm, and in control.
Using a primarily CBT approach, I work with young people to identify unhelpful thought patterns, understand their emotions, and build healthier ways to respond to stress, anxiety, and mood changes. I also work closely with parents, offering guidance and support so you feel more equipped to understand and help your child at home.
I know it’s hard to see your child struggling and you might feel unsure about how to help. You’re not alone.
