Greetings! I'm Heather, a therapist specializing in helping adults through the complexities of life's transitions, including times of stress, anxiety, and depression. With a focus on fostering insight development and resilience, I provide a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My first career is as a chaplain specializing in hospital and end of life settings. While I do not offer religious based therapy, I bring with me an awareness for the complexities spiritual and existential issues bring to our lives.
I understand that therapy is not a one size fits all practice. My goal is to help you to uncover your own resilience and feel empowered to navigate life's challenges and joys. I am accepting new clients and have flexible evening and weekend hours for people throughout the state of Texas.
