Greetings! I'm Heather, a therapist specializing in helping adults through the complexities of life's transitions, including times of stress, anxiety, and depression. With a focus on fostering insight development and resilience, I provide a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we'll navigate the challenges of life's transitions, empowering you to build coping skills and find renewed clarity and purpose. Let's embark on this journey of growth and transformation together. I am accepting new clients and have flexible evening and weekend hours through telehealth.
My first career is as a chaplain specializing in hospital and end of life settings. While I do not offer religious based therapy, I bring with me an awareness for the complexities spiritual and existential issues bring to our lives.
I understand that therapy is not a one size fits all practice. My goal is to help you to uncover your own resilience and feel empowered to navigate life's challenges and joys. I am accepting new clients and have flexible evening and weekend hours for people throughout the state of Texas.
