I specialize in helping adults struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, drug/alcohol addiction, and bipolar disorder. I also help those dealing with grief/loss, phobias, codependency, and life transitions. In addition to traditional therapy, I also offer therapeutic yoga as a way to improve your emotional well-being.
