Welcome, I'm really glad you're here. Being here means you're looking for support in learning more about yourself and/or making a change to improve your life, and you should feel so proud of that! Whether you're struggling with depression or anxiety, navigating interpersonal relationships, exploring your identity, have issues with sexuality, want to heal from trauma, or just need to process some of your experiences, you don't have to do it alone. I would be honored to be alongside you on your journey. I am the owner of CHAT Therapy, LLC and work with individuals and couples looking to connect, health, and thrive (CHAT).
Humans are social beings. We are designed to connect with others, but sometimes that gets complicated. I am a Certified Sex Therapist through AASECT and specialize in working with individuals and couples dealing with sexual challenges (e.g., vaginismus, lack of desire, erectile dysfunction, sexual shame, etc.) and a desire to be more connected.
