Accepting New Clients- I support children, teens, young adults, and families who are navigating difficult circumstances and want to break free of challenging patterns. I provide a safe, nonjudgemental atmosphere where my clients are able to build connection and trust while learning how to regulate their emotions, manage stress, identify their values, nurture meaningful relationships, and pursue their goals.
I offer an eclectic, holistic, trauma informed approach, integrating Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Relational Neuropsychology, play, and creative expression. I believe that every person has innate wisdom within them that surfaces when they are truly seen, heard, and valued. It would be an honor to work with you!
I received my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University New England in 2023 with a specialized focus on integrating trauma informed perspectives and approaches. In addition to my private practice, I am a member of MiddlePath Counseling, a team of independent practitioners who offer outpatient Dialectical Behavior Therapy to fidelity.
