Do you ever lay awake at night thinking about things you want to change, thinking about how you want to be happier, thinking that you wish someone understood what you were going through? I am here to help guide you through the process to begin working towards your desired change. I sincerely believe in treating the whole person and understand that many of us have experienced previous trauma/negative experiences, excessive worries that effects our ability to be what and who we want to be in many different areas of our lives.
As a clinician my purpose is to provide a safe, secure and trusting space for the people I treat to aid in addressing issues of depression, anxiety, alcohol and drug addiction/recovery, self-esteem issues, childhood/adolescent defiance, family conflict, past and present traumas. I also specialize in working with athletes and teams as a mental coach.
My goal is not to push people towards change but to collaborate with them and strengthen motivation to change in a therapeutic and helping setting. Achieving change is hard and you have already taken the first step; I look forward to working with you, your child or loved one and you should be proud of the steps you have begun to take towards change!
