Hi. I offer individual therapy by telehealth video for adults who want to reduce feelings of anxiety and/or depression, and for people who are going through some big challenges in life and want some extra support with the stress. As a woman who fills many roles - counselor, wife, mom, scout leader, and more - I understand many of the ups and downs of life. I went to grad school at Denver Seminary so I could help others find their way through their own tough times.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, so we identify together your strengths and then add additional skills and concepts that can optimize the things you are already doing well! I use concepts from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and internal family systems (IFS) to guide us in our work together.
My goal is to help you reach your goals for mental health - improving your mood, reducing stress, and supporting you with problem-solving.
