I work with adults, couples, and families that are struggling with trauma, addiction, and mood disorders. I have training in Attachment Family Therapy and EMDR. Additionally, I completed a year-long intensive trauma training to become a Certified Trauma Therapist.
I strive to create a safe, comfortable space that you trust. Healing often occurs after we examine long-held beliefs and fears. Effective therapy can be uncomfortable.
