Trauma & relationship healing for women. Play-based counseling for children. Sometimes being the one who handles everything comes at the cost of hearing your own voice. I work with women healing from trauma, sexual assault, and difficult or unsafe relationships, including experiences that have made it hard to trust yourself, set boundaries, or know what you want. I also work with children through play-based counseling, helping them navigate anxiety, big emotions, ADHD-related challenges, and difficult experiences in ways that fit their developmental needs.
Understanding can be an important part of healing, but insight alone doesn’t always create lasting change. For women, our work may focus on safety, self-trust, boundaries, and finding your voice after trauma. With children, play offers a developmentally appropriate way to express feelings, build emotional regulation, and work through difficult experiences.
Therapy with me is collaborative, curious, and grounded. I’ll offer perspective and guidance while honoring you as the expert on your own life—and partnering with parents when working with children.
