About
Hello, I am a Licensed Couples and Family therapist and I specialize in working with couples, families, individuals and groups. I am a strengths based, solution-focused therapist, who encourages clients to lead sessions, helps to identify strengths and I like to meet you where you are at. If you feel like you are in major crisis or just need some direction, please feel free to reach out, I do a free 15 min. phone consultation. I try and help you navigate some of the struggles and barriers life throws at us while gaining tools to cope and heal.
I believe that we do not live in isolation and we learn our behaviors and patterns from how we are raised. I approach therapy from a family systems lens and try to look at what is happening in the context of your entire life.
I am a firm believer that happiness can exist for all of us, we sometimes need to find peace and healing and I believe my office creates an environment for this to happen. I am located in beautiful downtown Puyallup with easy access from the freeway.
