These have been difficult and destabilizing times, and many of our lives, and our ways of being in the world, have been changed in profound ways. With 20+ years of experience I provide compassionate and collaborative individual psychotherapy to pre-teens, adolescents and adults. Historically I have worked with a diverse clientele throughout all stages of life and with predominantly marginalized communities. I often treat folks struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress and mood disorders as well as difficulties related to relationships, life transitions, identity and belonging.
I am a post-graduate level psychotherapist with specialized training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness and somatic practices. I am often described as warm, attuned and down to earth. I strive to offer trauma-informed and affirming treatment through an anti-oppressive and intersectional lens to help empower people achieve desired change.
