I believe that each person has a unique story that has been their life and that healing begins by telling and understanding those stories. I believe part of my role as a therapist is to walk side by side in collaboration on this journey. I have 20+ years experience working with children, adolescents and adults in various capacities. I utilize Narrative theory, CBT, DBT and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy. I specialize in Trauma, Childhood and Adult Abuse, Grief/Loss, Depression, LGBTQ++ issues, Anxiety/Panic and Co-Parenting and adults and children diagnosed with Autism.
