I'm no stranger to depression, anxiety, trauma, or substance use. There's a place for you here. Pour yourself a cup of coffee or tea and I'll bring myself my daily iced coffee, because cold coffee starts the day right, and let's talk. I work to be inviting, understanding and to make people comfortable when in sessions, while also keeping boundaries and working to use evidence-based approaches. I enjoy working with adults-those that are struggling with just adulting to those that are juggling babies and work as well as those that are working on their recovery journey.
I've worked in a community mental health center for 9 years. I've been a therapist for 4 years, recently obtaining my clinical license. I use evidence-based practices to help work on goals. I enjoy using cognitive behavioral therapy as well as being trauma focused.
I know that it can be hard to take the first step, but you are worth it. I offer free 15 minute consultation sessions so we can meet and decide if it's a good fit. No obligation to continue if you don't feel like we are a good fit.
